Hello faithful Conspirators! I wanted to tell everyone about the exravaganza we have planned for March 17th, St. Patrick's Day, at The Pour House Music Hall in Raleigh, NC. This show is going to be epic. We're playing with two of our best friends Triplewide and Waylandsphere. We always sit-in with both bands, creating some great jams on stage and keeping things loose for the crowd. We've started rehearsing a scorcher of a set that's going to be one of the rockingest shows we've played to date. We'll be playing some new tunes that we've only written in the last 6 months since Matt joined the band. They're loud, fast, and catchy as HELL!!! We haven't forgotten our roots, though. You can expect some of the acid-jazz grooves that make us not so famous. We're very excited about re-teaming with our friends for the most inspiring MUG NIGHT of the year! Hope to see you all there! Rehearsal Night

So.....here we are. The year is new and the Oatmeal is heating up. We're forcing ourselves into hibernation for a few months so we can cook up some new tunes and get our chops into shape for a slew of Spring/Summer shows. We're gonna be posting to the blog on a regular basis so check back often. We're definitely in the zone right now, so stay tuned. Check the site for downloads on a weekly basis. We're excited about 2010. Good stuff is on the horizon.
